Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to wait unsupervised in the lobby unsupervised, nor will they be allowed in service rooms with parent/guardian under any circumstances. Childcare must be procured before you arrive for your appointment. Failure to honor will result in services booked being charged IN FULL.

If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time, the client will be charged IN FULL (100%) for the appointment(s).
