Clients under the age of 18 years old must have permission of a parent or legal guardian. A signed Minor Consent form will be required. 

Minors not receiving a spa service are not allowed in service rooms with parents/guardians nor will they be allowed to wait in the lobby unattended. Failure to honor this policy will result in your appointment(s) being treated as a "no show" and appointments will be charged in full.

Please kindly note we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the price of service(s) booked in FULL. 

All gift cards purchased from January 22, 2021 fall under new ownership guidelines, and will expire one (1) year and six (6) months from date of purchase. They can be used for services and/or products. In light of our 30 day closing during Covid, we will be extending all 2020 expiration dates for cards purchased prior to November 1st, 2020 by 30 days. 

All gift card specials are subject to expiration.
