Swedish massage using high quality essential oils diffused in a carrier oil. During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules and absorb them through the skin to promote relaxation. Aromatherapy has been shown to decrease stress, reduce fatigue, improve sleep, and increase energy. 

Our signature 2-hour luxury treatment starts as a completely custom massage. An exfoliating scrub and therapeutic mud masque is then applied to the back. Full body dry brushing is used to gently exfoliate, drain lymphatic fluid and promote blood flow. Aromatherapy and Warm Pink Himalayan Salt Stones are used throughout to create a truly relaxing experience.  

 Warmed Pink Himalayan salt stones containing over 80 trace minerals used in incorporation with soothing massage strokes to relax away tension and detoxify. The slightly coarse mineral stone with also give your skin a gentle exfoliation. The stones are used throughout the entirety of the massage.

 We have created this unique package for those that need more intense therapy. A sports massage targets specific muscles to improve range of motion, reduce pain and reduce injury. During this session we use cupping, warm salt stones, stretching, and deeper techniques to reach your goals.   60 or 90 minutes only 

 Manual Lymphatic Drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels. 

For our moms to be! Prenatal massage has been known to help to reduce swelling and prevent insomnia. Helps to ease muscle cramps and back pain, soothe the nervous system, and restore blood circulation throughout the body.  60/90 minute

Deeply relaxing treatment rooted in ancient Ayurvedic traditions, designed to release tension and restore balance to both body and mind. This focused massage targets the scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper back, helping to ease stress, relieve muscle tightness, and promote overall relaxation.

 This 30 minute service is a natural healing art, based on ancient philosophy that is used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet and hands linked to every part of the body.     

 Special cups are placed on body and used to create suction to facilitate blood flow and decrease pain and inflammation. Used as a form of deep tissue body treatment. *NOT A MASSAGE*
